If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.

Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is”No longer needed” For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to info@uaesell.com in case you want to raise a dispute. At UAE Sell, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.

A replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@uaesell.com, within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame

The product is damaged because of use.

The product has tampered.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
UAE Sell does not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Valid reasons to return an item

Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only
